Nikki is a strength coach & nutritionist with years of experience in powerlifting, training, and nutrition. She leads Iron Knight Gym with a sharp eye for form, real-world knowledge, and a direct, effective coaching style.
Rebeca Coto
Coach Rebeca brings deep knowledge in strength training, nutrition, Olympic lifting, and high-intensity movement to every class she leads. Her energy, precision, and coaching style create a fun, focused environment across the wide range of classes we offer at Iron Knight.
Roque Berrios
Coach Roc leads group classes with a focus on strength, mobility, and smart training. As a father, he understands the demands of real life—and why staying strong matters. His coaching helps members move with purpose and build lasting progress that holds up beyond the gym.
Alyssa Richter
Alyssa brings a dynamic mix of experience in weightlifting, conditioning, and high-intensity strength work. She coaches with clarity and confidence, helping members tackle a wide range of movements and train with purpose every time they show up.
